Biography

Richard Fass has been a trial lawyer since 1991. He has been both a plaintiff’s attorney and defense attorney. Since 2011, he has used his experience on both sides of the docket to exclusively represent and help victims of negligence seek compensation for their injuries and the harm to their lives. His practice focuses on all areas of personal injury and wrongful death, including workplace injuries, motor vehicle collisions, sexual abuse, and medical malpractice. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Fass received his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, before attending South Texas College of Law. During his studies there, he participated in moot court and mock trial. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991 and became licensed to practice law in Texas that same year. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, State of New Mexico, and United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas.

In his spare time, Mr. Fass enjoys playing golf, exercising, and attending sporting events and concerts. He has been a Director of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Barbeque Cookoff Committee, and a long-time volunteer at the Houston Open golf tournament. He and his wife, Paige, have a son and daughter.

    Richard Fass brings over 20 years of legal experience to the firm. His practice focuses on personal injury, including transportation and maritime litigation, and medical malpractice. He has been named a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

    Mr. Fass received his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, before attending South Texas College of Law.
