HOUSTON, TX – A 58-year-old male motorcyclist died on August 13 from injuries they sustained after being struck by an SUV at 4600 Fannin St on August 6, Houston Police reports.

The collision occurred when the 34-year-old driver of a Land Rover made a wide right turn at 4600 Fannin St and struck the victim, who was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Police questioned and released the 34-year-old following the crash. Police do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.

The case is under investigation by the Vehicular Crimes Division of the Houston Police Department.
