Tenneh’s Injury Story
My name is Tenneh and I live in Houston, Texas. I decided to stop at the market to get some food so I can cook the next day. On my way there, the guy that was watching the flowers, I tried to go around the water that he was spraying but I end up slipping and fall of my arm. And then I couldn’t get up. I was just there screaming because I felt like my arm was off. It was off the socket. I couldn’t raise it up.
Because I’ve never felt a pain like that. That was the worst pain in my life. Having two kids, that pain was way worse than that. It was really horrible. There was a couple that actually came to help me, drag me from the floor because they couldn’t lift me to just leave me on the wall because it was that bad. I was just screaming. I was screaming so hard, it hurt.
They dragged me there, helped me call 911. Then I called my husband, “Hey, see this is the situation, and the ambulance is on the way.” They end up taking me to West Houston and they tried to fix it back. They actually have to put me to sleep because they couldn’t touch that hand when I was awake. No, nobody could touch my arm. They tried. And I have to see orthopedic and do some therapy and stuff like that. It’s not a easy road, but I’m still working on it.
When I fell and the manager actually came there. And then, when I went to the hospital, they told me, “Oh, somebody going to reach out to you.” Nobody did. And I was in pain, laying down there. Nobody reach out to me to even say, “How are you doing?” Or, “What’s going on?” I feel like, okay, I thought they were going to care about the humanitarian side of it. You should reach out. This is a place of business. I felt that you guys should reach out at least, but they didn’t do that.
You are going to hope and think that, okay, wherever the accident happened, maybe they’re going to reach out or they’re going to at least take care of me or be there. No, they won’t do that because they don’t want to take responsibility for anything.
Kherkher Garcia Helped After Her Injury
I would recommend Kherkher Garcia to anybody that needs a lawyer, a good lawyer. The way they received me, the way they made me feel, the way they actually treated me, made me feel like I belong, make me feel like they’re going to take good care of me no matter what. The fact that they show concern and show that they care actually made me feel like they’re the right law firm for me to go with.
We have been up here so many times, and how can I say? They were just loving. They are respectful towards their clients. They listen. They take good care of their client. They are there with you all the way. The pain is there, but at least you feel like with the pain I’m going through, at least I have something to show for it. It feels good. I was happy.
They did a good job. I appreciate them. I appreciate what they do. Me and my husband, we just want to thank them for everything they did for us, for believing in us. And for them to work extra to do the job that they do is not easy. I just want to appreciate each and every one in this law firm that they did what they did for us. I really appreciate them. My husband appreciate them. We thank them all. Thank you for everything.
