The case is developing and under investigation.
Houston is home to many oil and natural gas facilities like Lone Star NGL. The oil industry is one of the biggest sectors in Texas, employing hundreds of thousands of people in the Houston area alone.
Companies have a responsibility to provide their employees and contractors with a safe work environment. And a safe environment is especially important when that work involves highly flammable—and therefore highly dangerous—oil products. If safety precautions are not taken, explosions can happen, and when they do, workers can be seriously injured — even killed.
If you or someone you love has been injured or tragically lost their life in an oil explosion, you may be entitled to financial compensation for your medical bills, lost wages, future expenses, and more. Family members of individuals killed in oil explosions may be entitled to workers compensation and death benefits.
