A Houston native, Troy O’Brien has been successfully pursuing his client’s rights for years, bringing in millions for their personal injuries. Troy has experience in a wide range of cases, such as motor vehicle and industrial plant accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability. Troy received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, serving on the South Texas Law Review while attending, and an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University. Troy utilizes this background in chemical engineering to provide a unique insight into the technical side of many cases.

Troy prides himself on continuing the fight for his clients no matter the obstacles. He has briefed cases before the Texas Appellate and Supreme Courts along with serving as counsel for the head of a creditors’ committee on a complicated multi-district bankruptcy.

Troy feels that not only do his clients deserve the best result, but also insight into the legal process. Through his relationship with his clients, he hopes they feel informed and understand every step in their case. Outside of the office, Troy strives to complete his goal of visiting every National Park, spending time with his family or fitting in a run outside without succumbing to the Houston heat.
