A native of Humble, Texas, Nick Ware joined Kherkher Garcia LLP as a partner in October of 2o22. After graduating with a BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, Nick decided to join his family’s long line of trial attorneys and received his JD from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in May of 2015.

Nick Ware’s practice currently focuses on the representation of people injured as a result of the negligence and carelessness of companies and/or individuals. Since becoming a lawyer, Nick has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, particularly those involving wrongful death, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Nick has taken pride in using his first and second-chair trial experience to secure countless successful jury verdicts and provide his clients with the justice they deserve. To date, Nick Ware has first-chaired more than thirty (30) personal injury jury trials.

In addition to staying busy in the courtroom, Nick Ware is active in the legal community. Nick is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association. In 2021, Nick was invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a prestigious nationwide, and invitation-only organization of premier trial attorneys and judges which dedicates itself to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
When he is not working, Nick enjoys traveling with his wife, Samantha, spending time with his nieces/nephews, and hunting on his property outside of Carthage, Texas.
