Hailing from Humble, Texas, Nick Ware joined Kherkher Garcia LLP as a distinguished partner in October 2022. Armed with a BA in Government from the esteemed University of Texas at Austin, Nick embarked on a path following in the footsteps of his esteemed family of trial attorneys. This journey led him to earn his JD from the revered University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in May 2015.

Presently, Nick Ware’s practice revolves around advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence and recklessness of corporations and/or individuals. Throughout his legal career, Nick has demonstrated his expertise by handling a broad spectrum of personal injury cases, with a strong focus on wrongful death, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Nick takes immense pride in his extensive experience in first and second-chair trial advocacy, which has resulted in numerous successful jury verdicts and ensured that his clients receive the justice they deserve. Remarkably, Nick Ware has taken on the role of first chair for over thirty (30) personal injury jury trials.

In addition to his courtroom endeavors, Nick Ware actively engages in the legal community. He has secured memberships with prominent organizations such as the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. His exceptional contributions to the field led to an invitation to join the highly esteemed American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2021. ABOTA, an exclusive nationwide organization comprising premier trial attorneys and judges, is dedicated to upholding and championing the civil jury trial right stipulated in the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
